why are there so many fillers? also will i miss something if i skip fillers?

There are so many fillers because at the time 1 episode of bleach was aprox 2 chapter of the manga. This means the show was constantly catching up. Naruto had the exact same issue and it is why One Piece has such slow pacing in the anime as they only adapt 1 chapter per episode and do the filler expanding what we see (though One Piece does have filler arcs they are usually very short and not in between the middle of an arc).

Now as for if you will miss anything... not really no. The Bount Arc is referenced in the beginning of the Arrancar Arc but only slightly and not necessary to follow the plot (also the Bount Arc is pretty bad). This being said however, I do recommend watching the Zanpakutō: The Alternate Tales first arc (there is two back to back but the name of the first one is kinda spoilery so i will leave it at that) after you finish the series as it is actually very well written and Kubo (the author) was impressed with it enough and took ideas from it and made them canon so the arc itself is kinda in a semi-canon state.

As a bonus: The First Bleach Movie: Memories of Nobody is actually canon. There exists a not well known time-skip of only 1 month in the beginning of the Arrancar Arc that gets glossed over in the anime/manga so most people don't notice it. Kubo then took the entire premise of the movie and referenced it in the TYBW arc (the new arc being animated soon) so definitely watch that. For Reference that movie fits into the timeline after episode 127 but before 138 basically it actually slots into where those filler episodes would go.

And one piece had their fisrt filler in between the middle of wano kuni arc. But what could they have done anyways.

Exactly, there is nothing they can do about when they have a long running series like One Piece. It is because of this issue that animation studios moved to more seasonal anime format rather than risk flooding their anime with excess fillers.

This is actually the reason why The Bleach Anime Ended at the end of the Fullbring arc. They wanted for Kubo to finish the TYBW before they started animating (which for reference was in 2016) however, at that time the Anime had already been over for 4 years so they decided to wait for a milestone (aka. the Bleach 20th anniversary) before they announced it.

Honestly the only real filler I seen in One Piece was the story behind Oden when he was going to get boiled. More like they actually changed events when he was about to get boiled. They also left out Shinobu's dramatic moment in the anime of Oden's act of foolishness. They have had goofy filler episodes of alternative universes occasionally. They caught up with the anime after they all got separated so they gave the show a 2 year break to allow the manga to develop past. The thing about One Piece is it really isn't filler but most completely on par with the events of the manga. Though reading the manga the events seem short but turned into an episode those moments are actually long and they play out equally to the manga generally regardless that being the anime those moments are longer then reading the page.

So One Piece does do filler arcs in between major arcs but in recent years, really since Whole Cake Island and now Wano they way they have done fillers is that they add-on and expand the content that we see in the Manga. For example the scene where Zoro uses Conquerors Haki against some random Beast Pirates Fodder is Filler that never happens in the manga. If you look at the corresponding Manga Chapters Zoro has not figured out he has Conquerors Haki yet but in the anime filler it looks like he is actively deciding to use it.

That is just one example, practically every episode of One Piece nowadays has Scenes that were not in the Manga to pad out the length.

don't remember him using that honestly. Remember him using the technique of him looking like a 6 arm diety. However they cut the speech over Shinobu's outcry in the anime that was suppose to be really dramatic and changed the scene with them being put in the pot. On most things they've been point and blank with both One Piece the manga word and scene for word and scene. I've read and watched both up to date on this.

The Bount Filler Arc is Considered to be the worst Filler Arc in the Bleach Anime. Not only is it long, but it doesn't really make much sense considering the whole plot of the show. They do slightly try to shoe-horn events of it early in the Arrancar arc but it is hardly required and you will have a better time not watching it until after you watch the series first

After Soul society arc i.e ep 63 you can stop watching bleach. This is the peak of bleach. If you want you can watch further but it wont get any better and will only degrade.
